ok. here i am blogging again. nothing really good about this post though. theres gonna be quite abit of flaming. so, for those who do not wan to read it, u can jus press alt+f4 n get the hell out.

basically, theres this ongoing battle in sg between anime lovers n ODEX. for those who do not know, ODEX is a singapore company which gets anime from japan, sub the animes like shit, pack it into low-resolution vcds n dvds n sell them to ppl who wan to buy anime. unfortunately for them, they are going against the internet. i believe ppl would be tinking: come on man. y pay $ for shitty quality anime when i can jus download it from the internet since they offer the same thing at a MUCH BETTER QUALITY. unsurprisingly, their business flopped. so, ODEX came up with another plan. on a certain day in march this year, they sent a letter out to the pioneer batch of 17 anime downloaders, threatening to take legal action unless they pay some $ to them. from wat i oso know, the youngest victim in this saga is a 9 year old boy. u can only blame yourselves for this situation that ure in.

interestingly enough, heres a twist to the this ongoing saga. quote from all the forums n such that ive been browsing thru: apparently, one of the directors of ODEX, Mr Stephen Sing, who, coincidentally is a secretary of the AVPAS(Anti Video Piracy Association of Singapore) gloated over the misfortune of those who were sued. heres a preview: (the director was using the moniker xysing)



ok. so, by looking at that, dont u find that he's jus being unethical? n besides, from other sources, hes somewhere between 33 & 35 years old. at this age ure still SO BLOODY CHILDISH??!! WAKE UP UR BLOODY IDEAS!! n btw. for those who do not know, double-6-ed basically means pwned. i shall keep some profanities to myself here, lest i get dragged into a defamation suit. but heres a short idea of wat im tinking: hes a callous bastard who gloats over the misfortunes of others. in short, a sadist. but anyway, if there are readers, pls help spread this msg of this unethical act. let others know about this. join in the fight against ODEX. here are some links to ppl who wan to know more about this issue:
